대학 경호학과 교육서비스 품질이 대학생활 적응과 충성도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구는 교육서비스 품질이 대학 경호학과 재학생의 대학생활 적응과 충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 대학 경호학과 교육서비스 품질을 독립변인, 대학생활 적응을 매개변인, 충성도를 종속변인으로 설정하였다. 연구대상은 2010년 경기지역 소재 4년제 대학 경호학과 재학생을 모집단으로 설정한 후, 판단추출법을 이용하여 추출하였다. 332명의 유효 표본을 컴퓨터에 개별입력 시킨 후, SPSS ver 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 조사결과, 성별에 있어서는 남자, 1학년, 동거형태로는 부모/자녀, 경제적 지위는 중이 통학시간은 30분미만, 거주형태로는 자기 집이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 교육서비스 품질의 하위요인인 복지요인은 성인학생 관계 적응, 교육의 질 적응에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리육체 적응과 외부상황 적응에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 행정요인은 외부상황 적응에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교육요인은 교육의 질 적응, 일반학생 관계 적응에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인적요인은 대학공부 적응에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육서비스 품질의 행정, 교육, 복지, 인적요인은 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This research there is the goal examines closely the educational service quality affects in university life adaptation and loyalty of department security programs in university. In order to which is concrete about set a university security subject educational service quality with the independent variable and set a university life adaptation with the intervening variable and a loyalty with the dependent variable. The subjects in this study were judgement sampling in Kyeong gi in areas and 332 of department security programs student in university were finally selected. Analyses made by SPSS 17.0 have been applied to following outcomes. The findings of the study were as follows:First, Welfare variable from adult student relationship and qualitative adaptation of education appear with positive effects, psychological physical and external situation adaptation appears with negative effect, administration variable from external situation adaptation appears with negative effect, education variable from qualitative adaptation of education and general student relationship adaptation appear with positive effects, human variable from university study adaptation appear with positive effects. Second, Service from quality in higher education on university life adaptation affect in loyalty administration of educational service quality, education, welfare and human variable in loyalty appeared with positive effects. university life adaptation only qualitative adaptation of education where they are and adult student relationship appeared with positive effects in loyalty.
