사이버대학생의 학습 참여동기에 따른 학습성취도 융복합 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사이버대학교에 재학 중인 학생의 학업참여동기에 따른 학습성취도를 분석하여 최상의 학습과정 개발이다. 조사대상은 20세 이상 75명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2024년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일 동안 온라인 조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 학습성취도 점수는 연령이 60세이상 군이 가장 높은 4.33±0.50점으로 가장 높았으며, 40대에서 50대, 20대에서 30대 순으로 유의하게 나타났다. 학년은 3학년이 높았으며, 2학년, 1학년 순으로 나타났다. 학습 참여동기 중 “현재하고 일 관련 전문지식을 습득할 수 있어서” 일 때, 여성이 유의하게 학습 참여동기가 높았다. “재미있고 흥미가 생겨서”일 때 2학년의 경우 학습 참여동기가 높았다. 학습성취 여부를 종속변수로 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 학습성취는 학습 참여동기가 “현재하고 일 관련 전문지식을 습득할 수 있어서”, “예” 그룹이, “아니오” 그룹에 비해 6.466배 유의하게 높게 조사되었다. 향후 성인학습자의 학습성취도를 높이기 위해서는 우선적으로 성인학습자들의 학습의 특성을 파악하고 저하된 학습 참여동기를 대처하는 전략으로서 학습참여의 지지를 높이는 중재 교육프로그램의 개발 및 보급이 필요하다고 생각된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop the best learning process by analyzing the learning achievement of students attending a cyber university according to their motivation for academic participation. The subjects of the survey were 75 people aged 20 or older, and data were collected through an online survey from April 1 to April 30, 2023. As a result of the study, the learning achievement score was highest in the group over 60 years old (4.33 ± 0.50 points), and was significant in the order of 40s to 50s and 20s to 30s. The highest grade was in the 3rd grade, followed by the 2nd grade and then the 1st grade. When the motivation to participate in learning was “to be able to acquire current and professional knowledge related to work,” women had a significantly higher motivation to participate in learning. In the case of second graders, the motivation to participate in learning was high when “it was fun and interesting”. As a result of a logistic regression analysis with learning achievement as a dependent variable, learning achievement was significantly higher in the “Yes” group by 6.466 times compared to the “No” group because the motivation to participate in learning was “to be able to acquire professional knowledge related to work.” was investigated. Furthermore, in order to increase the learning achievement of adult learners, it is necessary to first identify the characteristics of adult learners' learning and develop and distribute intervention education programs that increase support for learning participation as a strategy to deal with low learning participation motivation.
