국문 초록

본 연구는 60세 이상 성인의 사회경제적 수준에 따라 당뇨병 유무를 파악하고 식사빈도에 따른 영향 요인을 확인하기 위한, 2021년도 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용한 2차분석 연구이다. 당뇨병 진단을 받은 60세 이상 성인 중 대상자 선정 기준을 충족한 1,745명의 자료를 복합표본분석 로지스틱 회귀분석과 복합표본 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 소득분위, 아침식사빈도, 흡연여부, 혈압약 이상지질혈증 약 복용이 당뇨병 발생 위험에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구대상자의 사회경제적 수준의 분포로는 직업, 교육수준, 건강보험종류, 경제활동상태, 결혼여부, 주택형태. 주택소유여부가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is a secondary analysis study using data from the 2021 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey to determine the presence or absence of diabetes according to the socioeconomic level of adults over 60 years of age and to determine the influencing factors according to the frequency of eating. Complex sample analysis logistic regression and complex sample cross-analysis were conducted on the data of 1,745 adults over 60 years of age who were diagnosed with diabetes who met the criteria for selection. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the income quintile, breakfast frequency, smoking status, blood pressure medication, and taking dyslipidemia drugs affect the risk of diabetes. As for the distribution of socioeconomic level of the study subjects, occupation, education level, type of health insurance, economic activity status, marital status, and housing type were found to have a significant effect.
