노인의 방문구강보건사업에 관한 인식과 요구도

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 방문건강관리사업의 일부인 방문구강보건 사업에 관한 노인의 인식과 요구도를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 대전 거주 노인 111명을 대상으로 하였고, 방문간호 및 방문구강보건 사업 인식, 요구도, 일반적 특성을 조사하였으며 SPSS 28.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 방문구강보건사업 인식은 방문간호에 비해 낮았으나 참여희망은 87%로 높게 나타났다. 사업요구도는 인식개선활동이 가장 높게 나타났고 사업내용은 입체조운동, 침샘마사지, 불소도포가 낮았는데 요구도는 질환예방이 높게 나타났으며 사업 전문성, 관리시스템 개선, 사업내용 지침 체계화가 높게 나타났다. 결과적으로 방문구강보건 사업의 효율적 운영을 위해 사업 홍보가 요구되며 치과위생사 전문인력을 통한 효율적, 체계적, 전문적 운영이 요구되어 치과위생사보건인력 채용확대 정책 개선이 필요하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the elderly's perception and needs regarding home-visit oral health services.. The subjects of the study were 111 elderly people living in Daejeon. The research tool investigated awareness, demand, and general characteristics of visiting nursing and visiting oral health services. Analysis was performed using SPSS 28.0 statistical program. As a result, awareness of the visiting oral health service was lower than that of visiting nursing, but the desire to participate was high at 87%. As for business needs, awareness improvement activities were found to be the highest. The project contents included three-dimensional training, salivary gland massage, and fluoride application. The level of project demand was high for disease prevention, and project expertise, management system improvement, and systematization of project content guidelines were high. As a result, business promotion was required for efficient operation of the home-visit oral health business. In addition, efficient, systematic, and professional operation through professional dental hygienists was required. There was a need to improve the policy to expand dental hygienist health workforce recruitment.
