국문 초록

본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 적용한 질적연구를 통해 간호대학생의 보건진료소 실습 경험의 본질적 구조를 참여자들의 입장에서 규명하였다. 본 연구결과 포스트 코로나 시대의 간호대 학생의 보건진료소 실습경험의 의미는 6가지 범주로 나타났다. 6개의 범주는 ‘보건진료전담공무원 역량 넓히기’, ‘보건진료전담공무원 역할의 실제 이해하기’, ‘포스트코로나 시대의 새로운 인식’, ‘정서적 경 험’, ‘보건진료소의 역할 재발견’, ‘보건진료전담공무원되어가기’의 6가지 범주로 나타났다. 본 연구 대상 은 포스트 코로나시대에 보건진료소 실습 경험이 있는 일개 간호대학 4학년 학생으로, 세개의 포커스 그룹을 포함하여 6개 보건진료소 실습기관으로 구성하였다. 본 연구결과는 포스트 코로나 시대에 변화된 보건진료소에서 지역사회간호학실습을 경험하는 간호대학생의 보건진료소 실습 경험의 의미에 대한 심층적 이해를 제공해줄 것이다.

영문 초록

This study explores the fundamental structure of nursing students' experiences in Primary Health Care Post through qualitative research, utilizing focus group interviews from participants' perspectives in the post-COVID era. The findings reveal that the meaning of nursing students' practice experiences in primary health care posts during this period can be categorized into six key themes as follows: “Expanding the Competencies of Primary Health Care Post Professionals,” “Understanding the Practical Roles of Primary Health Care Post Professionals,” “New Awareness in the Post-COVID Era,” “Emotional Experiences,” “Rediscovering the Role of the Primary Health Care Posts,” and “Becoming a Primary Health Care Post Professional.” This study involved 18 fourth-year nursing students from a nursing college, all of whom had practical experience at six different primary health care posts, included three focus groups. The findings of this study provide an in-depth understanding of nursing students' practice experiences in primary health care posts during their community health nursing training in the post-COVID era.
