국문 초록

본 연구는 초고층 및 지하연계 복합건축물의 증가와 함께 재난관리의 중요성이 증대되는 환경에서, 총괄재난관리자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 수행되었다. 직무만족도는 총괄재난 관리자의 역할 수행에 있어 핵심적인 변수로, 조직 구성원의 심리적 상태, 직무 성과, 이직률 등에 큰 영향을 미치며, 재난관리 체계의 효율성과도 직결된다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 총괄재난관리자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 규명하였다. 분석 결과, 독립변수 중 '직무 적합성과 책임감'이 직무만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며(β = 0.399, p < 0.001), '조직 기여와 헌신'(β = 0.312, p = 0.001), '복지 및 근무 환경'(β = 0.269, p = 0.003) 또한 유의미한 요인으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 총괄재난관 리자의 직무환경 개선 및 정책적 지원의 필요성을 시사하며, 이를 통해 재난관리 체계의 안정성과 효율성 을 높일 수 있음을 보여준다.

영문 초록

This study explores the factors influencing job satisfaction among General Disaster Managers. As a key variable in their effective role performance, job satisfaction profoundly impacts the psychological state, job performance, and turnover rates of organizational members, directly connecting it to the efficiency of the disaster management system. This study analyzes the factors influencing job satisfaction among General Disaster Managers amidst the growing importance of disaster management with the rise of Super High-Rise Buildings and Complex Buildings with Underground Connections. Job satisfaction, a key factor in disaster management efficiency, is significantly impacted by 'Job Suitability and Responsibility' (β = 0.399, p < 0.001), 'Organizational Contribution and Commitment' (β = 0.312, p = 0.001), and 'Welfare and Work Environment' (β = 0.269, p = 0.003). The findings underscore the need for improving working environments and policy support to enhance the stability and effectiveness of disaster management systems.
