국문 초록

최근 사회문제 해결을 위해 지자체를 중심으로 하는 리빙랩의 방법론을 적용을 통한 문제 해결의 필요성 이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ‘I시’를 대상으로 지능형 상수도관 관리체계를 구축하기 위해 리빙랩의 방법론을 적용하고자 하였다. 리빙랩 유형을 분류, 참여주체 및 프로세스 구축을 통해 본 리빙랩은 목적에 따라 ‘제품 및 서비스 등 기술개발’ 유형이며, 연구기관과 공공기관의 주도가 복합적인 복합유형 으로 분류되었다. 참여주체는 공급자-매개사용자-최종사용자로 구분하였으며, 최종사용자가 ‘시민’이 아니라는 점에서 3Ps형태의 리빙랩으로 확인되었다. 리빙랩 프로세스는 3단계의 프로세스로 설정하였으 며, 리빙랩의 운영 프로세스와 유형 분류를 통해 3Ps의 소극적 형태의 리빙랩이지만 ‘공동창조(Co-crea- tion)’의 개념에서 넓은 의미에서 사회문제 해결을 위한 리빙랩인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 리빙랩은 넒은 의미의 관점에서 바라봐 리빙랩 방법론의 적용성을 높이는 데 유의미하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Recently, The need for problem-solving through the application of the Living Lab methodology, centered on local governments, is increasing to address social issues. This study aimed to apply the Living Lab methodology to establish a water pipeline management system for 'City I.' When classified by purpose, the Living Lab was identified as a 'technology development of products and services' type. It was further classified as a hybrid type led jointly by research institutions and public institutions. The participants were divided into suppliers, intermediary users, and end users, and it was identified as a 3Ps (Public-Private-People) type Living Lab. The Living Lab process was structured into three stages, and through the process, it was confirmed to be a Living Lab aimed at solving social problems from a broader perspective based on the concept of co-creation. The results of this study suggest that, from a broader perspective, the Living Lab approach can be meaningfully utilized to enhance the applicability of the Living Lab methodology.
