국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사-영유아의 상호작용, 영유아교육기관의 창의적 역량, 교사의 놀이전문성 간의 관계를 밝히고 영유아 교사의 놀이전문성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 K도 북부에 소재한 영유아 교육기관에 근무하는 교사 214명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 ‘영유아 교사의 놀이전문성 척도’와 ‘교사-영유아 상호작용 척도’, 그리고 ‘유아교육기관의 창의적 역량 척도’를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 연구자료는 Pearson 적률상관을 통해 상관관계를 분석하였고 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 영향력을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영유아 교사의 놀이전문성, 교사-영유아 상호작용, 기관의 창의적 역량은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아 교사의 놀이전문성에 영향을 미치는 예측변인은 교사-영유아 상호작용, 기관의 창의적 역량의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 놀이중심 유아교육과정을 운영하는 교사의 놀이전문성을 생태적 관점에서 접근하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 영유아 교사의 놀이전문성에 대한 이해와 영유아 교사의 놀이전문성 향상을 지원하는 교사교육 마련을 위한 기초자료로 제공될 것으로기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among teacher–early childhood interaction, institutional creative competency, and play-based professionalism of early childhood teachers. A total of 214 teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers in northern K Province participated in the study. Data were collected using three instruments: the Play-based Professionalism Scale, the Teacher–Child Interaction Scale, and the Institutional Creative Competency Scale. Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analyses were conducted. The results showed that play-based professionalism was positively correlated with both teacher–child interaction and institutional creative competency. Among the predictors, teacher–child interaction had the strongest influence on play-based professionalism, followed by institutional creative competency. Specifically, the emotional dimension of teacher–child interaction was the most significant predictor, followed by autonomy and leadership within institutional creative competency, and the linguistic aspect of teacher–child interaction. These findings provide foundational data for enhancing early childhood teachers’ play-based professionalism through targeted teacher education and institutional support.
