국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구는 A광역시 발달장애인의 평생교육 참여 영향요인을 분석하고, 이러한 요인들이 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지원의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구방법 : A광역시 장애인 평생학습 실태조사 데이터를 활용하여 발달장애인 330명의 응답을 분석하였으며, 위계적 회귀분석과 구조방정식 모형을 적용하였다. 연구 결과 : 디지털 접근성, 프로그램 다양성, 교육기관 접근성이 평생교육 참여에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적 지원이 이러한 영향요인과 만족도 간의 관계를 부분 매개하였다. 결론 : 이를 바탕으로 발달장애인의 디지털 역량 강화, 맞춤형 프로그램 개발, 교육기관 접근성 향상, 전문인력 역량 강화 등의 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study analyzed the factors influencing lifelong education participation among people with developmental disabilities in A Metropolitan City and examined the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between these factors and satisfaction. Method: Using the survey data of 330 individuals with developmental disabilities, hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation modeling were applied. Results: The results showed that digital accessibility, program diversity, and institutional accessibility significantly influenced participation in lifelong education, and social support partially mediated the relationship between these factors and educational satisfaction. Conclusion: Based on these findings, policy recommendations were suggested, including strengthening digital competency, developing customized programs, improving educational institution accessibility, and enhancing professional staff capacity.
