국문 초록

The construction of intra-Party political culture is a crucial component of the Communist Party of China's (CPC) overall and rigorous governance of the Party. A comprehensive understanding of it from the three dimensions of theory, history, and practice is an essential requirement for Party building in the new era. Intra-Party political culture, guided by Marxism, embodies the cultural expression of Party spirit and reflects the dialectical unity of class nature and people orientation, national characteristics and global vision, stability and timeliness. The CPC’s practices across historical stages—revolution, construction, and reform—have nurtured, cultivated, developed, and innovated intra-Party political culture. In the context of the new era, the foundation and path for building this culture can be solidified by steering the correct direction of political construction, emphasizing ideological education to strengthen the Party, establishing sound principles for cadre selection and appointment, enhancing institutional effectiveness through intra-Party regulations, and improving mechanisms for supervising intra-Party political culture.

영문 초록

党内政治文化建设是中国共产党全面从严治党的重要内容，从理论、历史和实践三重维度对它进行立体化把握是新时代党建的必然要求。党内政治文化是以马克思主义为指导的彰显党性的文化样态，体现了阶级性与人民性、民族性与世界性、稳定性与时代性的辩证统一。中国共产党在革命、建设和改革等各个历史时期的实践使党内政治文化得以孕育、涵养、发展和创新。立足新时代，通过统领党的政治建设正确方向、重视思想教育强党、树立正确的选人用人导向、以党内法规制度建设提升成效、提质党内政治文化监督制度可以夯实党内政治文化建设的文化根基和实践道路。
