英语师范生课程思政教学能力的多维度解构——基于认知、实践与制度的三螺旋模型

국문 초록
As a core dimension of English pre-service teachers’ professional competence, the construction of teaching competence in curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness and the exploration of its cultivation pathways hold strategic significance for faculty development in the new era. Based on a theoretical framework of value symbiosis and employing a mixed-methods research approach, this study investigates English pre-service teachers’ teaching competence in curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness, and systematically deconstruct its constituent elements and generative mechanisms. This study reveals three key findings: (1) The competence structure exhibits a dual characteristic of “strong value orientation but weak technological integratio” Although the students demonstrate an awareness of integrating core values, they face practical challenges such as superficial extraction of political and virtuous awareness elements and insufficient technological empowerment. (2) The development of competence is constrained by a “cognition-practice-institution” triple helix mechanism, in which the integration of political and virtuous awareness curriculum with subject pedagogy, the demonstrative effect of mentors in practical teaching, and the orientation of the evaluation system serve as critical influencing factors. (3) The current cultivation mode suffers from systemic defects, including fragmented collaborative education and a disconnect between teaching practice and theoretical learning. Accordingly, a “three-in-one” developing approach is proposed: constructing a curriculum ecosystem that deeply couples the discipline with curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness, and developing a modular teaching case repository centered on the inheritance of Chinese culture; establishing a practical training system that integrates embodied cognition and digital empowerment, based on intelligent platforms for dynamic assessment of teaching competence in curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness; and improving the collaborative education mechanism between universities and basic education institutions through a dual-mentor system to facilitate teaching competence development.
영문 초록
课程思政教学能力作为英语师范生专业素养的核心维度,其能力结构构建与培育路径研究对新时代教师队伍建设具有战略意义。本研究基于价值共生理论框架,采用混合研究方法调查英语师范生的课程思政教学能力,系统解构英语师范生课程思政教学能力的要素谱系与生成机制。研究发现:其一,英语师范生的课程思政教学能力结构呈现“强价值引领-弱技术整合”的二元特征,师范生虽具备核心价值观融入意识,但存在思政元素挖掘表层化、技术赋能不足等实践困境;其二,能力发展受“认知-实践-制度”三螺旋机制制约,思政课程与学科教学法融合度、实践教学中导师示范效应、评价体系导向性构成关键影响变量;其三,当前培养模式存在协同育人碎片化、教学实践悬浮化等系统性缺陷。据此提出“三维一体”培育路径:建构“专业-思政”深度耦合的课程生态,开发以中华文化传承为内核的模块化教学案例库;创设“具身认知-数字赋能”融合的实训体系,依托智能平台实现思政教学能力动态评估;完善“高校-基础教育学校”协同育人机制,通过双导师制促进教学能力迭代升级。
