국문 초록

The spirit of an educator embodies a unique cultural character, with its core lying in manifesting universality through individuality while simultaneously refining and elevating individuality through universality. Yu Yi, an outstanding teacher and educator who grew alongside the People’s Republic of China, developed a distinctive educator spirit through years of educational practice. The core connotations of Yu Yi’s educator spirit include the pursuit of “teaching culture and nurturing people” for holistic education, the wisdom of cultivating students to become “masters of their own learning”, and the dedication of “being a teacher for a lifetime and continuously learning to be a teacher”. To inherit and carry forward Yu Yi’s educator spirit, the core objective should be fostering student development holistically; the teacher-student relationship should serve as a bridge to fully leverage students' active role in learning; and lifelong learning should be embraced as a guiding principle to enhance mutual teaching and learning. Rooted in the practical evolution of China’s educational reform and development, the essence of Yu Yi’s educator spirit is its practical orientation. By analyzing this exemplary case, this study aims to deeply elucidate the connotations and practical approaches of an individual educator’s spirit, making it an inexhaustible driving force for advancing Chinese education to new heights.

영문 초록

教育家精神蕴含着独特的文化品格，其核心在于通过个体的独特性展现共性，同时以共性凝聚和升华个性。于漪作为与新中国共同成长起来的优秀教师和教育家，在长期的教育实践中形成了独具特色的于漪教育家精神。其精神内涵包括“教文育人、全面育人”的弘道追求、做“学习的主人”的育人智慧、“一辈子做教师，一辈子学做教师”的躬耕态度。传承于漪教育家精神，应以育人为核心目标，促进学生的全面发展；以师生关系为纽带，充分发挥学生的主体作用；以终身学习为理念，助力教学相长。于漪教育家精神形成于中国教育改革与发展的实践中，实践性是其根本特性。通过剖析于漪这一典型案例，深入阐释个体教育家精神的内涵意蕴与实践进路，使其成为推动中国教育走向新境界的不竭动力。
