｢천부경｣과 ｢삼일신고｣에 나타난 개천이념

국문 초록

우리나라의 뿌리는 언제 어디서 시작되었고, 그 시원 시대 건국과정과 정신은 무엇인가? 시원경전이라고 알려진 ｢천부경｣과 ｢삼일신고｣는 어떻게 만들어졌고, 그 내용은 시원국가의 통치이념이나 생활문화, 정신문명과 어떤 관계에 있는가? 이 논문은 이러한 질문에 맞추어, 삼성조시대의 개천과 개천이념에 대해 논구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 인류 시원 경전으로 알려진 ｢천부경｣과 ｢천부경｣의 정신을 그대로 이어 인간의 참된 경지를 기록한 경전인 ｢삼일신고｣를 중심으로 인류의 시원국가인 환국과 한민족 국통의 종주인 배달국, 그 배달의 뒤를 이어 아사달에 건국된 단군 조선의 개천과 그 정신을 살펴보고자 한다. 보통 개천開天이란 하늘이 열린다, 혹은 하늘을 연다는 뜻으로 이해된다. 예를 들어 개벽의 원뜻을 ‘개천벽지開天闢地’라고 할 때, 여기서 개천은 우주의 시원개벽을 뜻하는 말로서 ‘하늘이 처음 열린다.’는 의미이다. 그런데 인류문명사에서 말하는 개천은 ‘새로운 나라를 세운다.’는 뜻으로 개국開國, 건국建國, 개창開創이라는 뜻과 같다. 『환단고기』에서는 “성인을 보내어 세상을 다스리는 것을 일러 개천이라 하니 하늘을 열었기 때문에 만물을 창조할 수 있다.”고 하였다. 간단히 말하면 하늘(일신)이 성인(환인, 환웅, 단군)으로 하여금 새로운 세상을 열어 다스리는 것을 개천이라고 한다는 말이다. 『환단고기』의 개천에 대한 정의에서 중요한 것은 그러한 성인의 개국과 통치는 ‘하늘의 이법’에 맞고, ‘삼신의 가르침’과 조화를 이루어야한다는 것이다 ‘환국구전지서桓國口傳之書’인 ｢천부경｣과 배달시대 삼일신三一神의 가르침이라는 제목으로 지어진 ｢삼일신고｣는 그 시대의 정신과 문화를 압축하여 담고 있다고 할 수 있다. 특히 환국과 배달의 개천 이념 역시 그 두 경전에 담겨있다는 추론은 합리적이다. 논자의 관심은 여기에 있다.

영문 초록

When and where did our country’s roots begin, and what were the founding process and spirit of that era? How were the original scriptures, ｢Cheonbugyeong｣ and ｢ Samilsingo｣, created, and what is their relationship to the ruling ideology, lifestyle, and spiritual civilization of the original state? This paper aims to discuss the opening and opening ideology of the Three Kingdoms Period in response to these questions. In particular, I will examine the original state of Hwan-guk, the leader of the Korean people’s national unity, Baedal-guk, and the opening and spirit of Dangun Joseon, which was founded in Asadal after Baedal, focusing on ｢Cheonbugyeong｣ and ｢Samilsingo｣, which are scriptures that record the true state of humanity while continuing the spirit of ｢Cheonbugyeong｣, known as the original scripture of mankind. Usually, ‘Gaecheon’ is understood to mean the opening of the sky. For example, when the original meaning of Gaecheon is ‘GaecheonByeokji (개천벽지開天闢地)’, Gaecheon here means the beginning of the universe, meaning ‘the sky opens for the first time.’ However, Gaecheon in the history of human civilization means ‘founding a new country’, and has the same meaning as opening a country, founding a nation, and opening a new creation. In the Hwandangogi, it is said, “Sending a saint to rule the world is called Gaecheon, because it opens the sky and allows creation of all things.” Simply put, it means that the heaven (Ilshin) sends a saint (Hwanin, Hwanung, Dangun) to open a new world and rule it, which is called Gaecheon. What is important in the definition of opening a country(Gaecheon) in Hwandangogi is that the founding and rule of such a saint must be in accordance with the ‘law of heaven’ and in harmony with the ‘teachings of the Samshin’. ｢Cheonbugyeong｣, which is the scriptures passed down by word of mouth from the time of the Hwan-guk, and ｢Samilsingo｣, which was written under the title of the teachings of the Samilsin of the Baedal era, can be said to contain the spirit and culture of that era in a compressed form. In particular, it is reasonable to infer that the founding ideologies of Hwan-guk and Baedal are also contained in those two scriptures. This is what I am trying to say.
