국문 초록

본 연구는 디지털 기업가정신이 인도네시아의 농업 및 양식 기술 스타트업 생태계를 어떻게 재편하고 있는지를 조사한다. 주요 목표는 해당 부문의 주요 참여자와 동향을 파악하고, 생태계 지원 체계를평가하며, 성장을 제한하는 정책 격차를 찾아내는 것이다. 많은 스타트업이 주목할 만한 투자를유치하고 공급망을 강화하고 있음을 밝힌다. 그러나 열악한 인프라, 제한된 정책 지원, 소규모 농가를위한 혁신 확산의 어려움 등 여러 도전에 직면해 있다. 주요 문제로는 목표 지향적인 농업기술정책의 부재, 농가의 낮은 디지털 문해력, 그리고 진행을 저해하는 부적절한 인센티브 구조 등이있다. 본 연구는 또한 정부 정책과 시장 역학이 스타트업 환경에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지를 탐구한다. 많은 소규모 농가는 여전히 디지털 도구 및 교육에 접근하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있어 새로운 기술을활용할 수 있는 능력이 제한되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 인도네시아 전역의지속 가능한 성장과 향상된 식량 안보를 지원하는 회복력 있는 농업기술 생태계 구축을 위한 정부정책을 검토한다.

영문 초록

This study examines how digital entrepreneurship is reshaping the agriculture and aquaculture technology startup ecosystem in Indonesia. Key objectives include identifying major players and trends in the sector, evaluating ecosystem supports, and pinpointing policy gaps that restrict growth. The findings reveal rapid expansion in the agritech sector, with numerous startups attracting notable investments and enhancing supply chains. However, the sector faces several challenges, such as inadequate infrastructure, limited policy support, and difficulties in scaling innovations for smallholder farmers. Critical issues include a lack of targeted agritech policies, low digital literacy among farmers, and misaligned incentive structures that impede progress. The study also explores how government policies and market dynamics have influenced the startup environment, highlighting both successes and persistent hurdles. Many smallholder farmers continue to struggle with accessing digital tools and training, which limits their ability to leverage new technologies. To address these challenges, the research advocates for enhanced ecosystem support through increased funding, robust public-private partnerships, and targeted rural digital literacy initiatives. It also emphasizes the value of international collaborations to import best practices and innovative models. Overall, the study calls for a collaborative effort among government bodies, industry stakeholders, and the farming community to build a resilient agritech ecosystem that supports sustainable growth and improved food security across Indonesia.
