기술창업기업의 사내기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 구조적 영향 관계 - 코로나19 전후의 비교분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 기술창업기업의 사내기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에서 혁신지향 리더십, 기업가적 조직문화, 혁신적 운영체계의 직접 효과와 매개효과, 우호적 경영환경의 조절효과를 분석하여 관련 연구 분야의 이론적 토대를 확장하는데 기여하고, 실무적 관점에서의 성공 경영전략을제시함에 있다. 이를 위해 ‘기업가정신 실태조사-기업편’의 원자료를 활용하였고, 최종 샘플로 2018 년 기준 465개사, 2022년 기준 345개사를 선별하여 분석에 투입하였다. 실증분석은 PLS-구조방정식모델링 기법을 통해 위계적성분모형(HCM)을 수립하여 연구가설의 유의성을 검증하고, 다집단분석(PLS-MGA)을 통해 코로나19 전후 표본집단이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 확인하였다. 분석결과, 사내기업가정신은 2018년, 2022년 모두 혁신지향 리더십, 혁신적 운영체계, 기업가적 조직문화에긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 세 요인의 경영성과에 대한 직접 효과와 매개효과는, 혁신지향 리더십은2022년만 유의했고, 기업가적 조직문화와 혁신적 운영체계는 2018년에만 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 우호적 경영환경의 조절효과는 2022년 혁신적 운영체계와의 상호작용에서만 유의한 것으로나타났다. 이와 같은 가설검정 결과와 다집단분석의 결과를 종합하고, 이론적·실무적 추론을 통해사내기업가정신이 리더십, 조직문화, 운영체계 등과 함께 유기적인 선순환 구조를 갖는다는 시사점과 코로나19 이후 폭넓은 정부지원정책의 필요성에 대한 제언을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해코로나19 이후 새로운 비즈니스 패러다임이 전개되는 넥스트 노멀 시대를 맞이하고 있는 기술창업기업과 정책입안자에게 효과적인 경영전략과 정책수립의 기초가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study examines the direct and mediating effects of innovation-oriented leadership, entrepreneurial organizational culture, and innovative operational systems on the business performance of technology-based startups, while also considering the moderating effect of a favorable management environment. The research utilizes data from the “Entrepreneurship Status Survey,” analyzing a sample of 465 companies from 2018 and 345 from 2022. Empirical analysis was conducted using PLS-Structural Equation Modeling to verify the significance of the research hypotheses, along with multi-group analysis to identify significant differences before and after COVID-19. The findings reveal that corporate entrepreneurship positively influenced innovation-oriented leadership, innovative operational systems, and entrepreneurial organizational culture in both years. However, the direct and mediating effects on management performance were significant only for innovation-oriented leadership in 2022, while the other two factors showed significance only in 2018. Additionally, the moderating effect of a favorable management environment was significant in 2022, specifically related to innovative operational systems. The results of the hypothesis testing and multi-group analysis indicate that corporate entrepreneurship forms an organic virtuous cycle with leadership, organizational culture, and operational systems. Furthermore, it emphasizes the need for broad government support policies in the post-COVID-19 era. This research aims to provide a foundational framework for effective management strategies and policy formulation for tech startups and policymakers in the emerging next normal business paradigm.
