본 연구는 ASEAN 지역에 진출한 물류기업이 활용할 수 있는 공급사슬 위험관리 전략을 제시하고, 우선순위를 분석하고자 한다. 공급사슬 위험관리 전략은 전반적 목표(level 0) 달성을 위해 주기준(Level 1)과 각 주기준 별 하위기준(Level 2)으로 구분해 제시하였고, 각 주기준과 하위기준 사이의 우선순위는 계층적 의사결정 기법을 통해 분석, 제시하였다. 주기준은 물류전략, 경영전략, 수요전략, 외부환경전략 등 네 가지로 구분하여, 각각 네 개의 하위기준으로 구분된다. 본 연구는 베트남, 태국, 말레이시아, 인도네시아에 진출한 한국 물류기업 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 설문이 어려운 경우 현지 물류기업을 일부 포함하였다. 최종적으로 베트남 8개, 태국 8개, 말레이시아 5개, 인도네시아 5개로 총 26개를 회수해 계층화 의사결정 기법으로 분석하였다. 주기준에서 공급사슬 위험관리 전략 중요도 우선순위를 비교한 결과, 네 국가 전체에서 물류전략이 가장 중요도가 높고 그 뒤로 수요전략, 경영전략, 외부환경전략 순으로 나타났다. 그러나 국가별로 비교하였을 때 베트남과 태국은 수요전략이 가장 중요도가 높은 반면, 말레이시아, 인도네시아는 물류전략이 가장 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 하위기준 전체 중요도 순위에서 베트남, 말레이시아, 인도네시아는 물류전략의 거래업체 관리, 태국은 수요전략의 민첩한 물류와 SCM이 가장 높은 순위를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과는 ASEAN 지역에 진출한 각 한국 물류기업이 진출한 국가와 상황에 적합한 공급사슬 위험관리 전략을 수립하도록 가이드라인이 되어줄 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

This study aims to propose supply chain risk management strategies that logistics companies expanding into the ASEAN region can utilize and analyze their priorities. The supply chain risk management strategies are presented by dividing them into main criteria (Level 1) and sub- criteria (Level 2) for each main criterion to achieve the overall objective (Level 0), and the priority between each main criterion and sub-criterion is analyzed and presented using a hierarchical decision-making technique. The main criteria are categorized into four: logistics strategy, management strategy, demand strategy, and external environment strategy, each further divided into four sub-criteria. The survey was conducted targeting Korean logistics companies that have expanded into Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, and in cases where surveys were difficult, local logistics companies were partially included. Finally, a total of 26 surveys were collected, including 8 from Vietnam, 8 from Thailand, 5 from Malaysia, and 5 from Indonesia, and analyzed using the hierarchical decision-making technique. Comparing the priority of supply chain risk management strategies in the main criteria, logistics strategy was found to be the most important in all four countries, followed by demand strategy, management strategy, and external environment strategy. However, when comparing by country, Vietnam and Thailand showed demand strategy as the highest priority, while Malaysia and Indonesia showed logistics strategy as the highest priority. In terms of the overall priority of sub-criteria, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia ranked business partner management within logistics strategy highest, while Thailand ranked agile logistics and SCM within demand strategy highest. These research findings are expected to serve as guidelines for Korean logistics companies operating in the ASEAN region to establish suitable supply chain risk management strategies according to the country and situation each company has entered into.
