한 경력 교사의 과제 변형 사례 연구: 발산적 사고와 수렴적 사고의 역동적 작용을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 수학적 창의성을 고려한 교사의 과제 변형 과정을 발산적 사고와 수렴적 사고의 역동성에 초점을 맞춰 분석하는 틀을 제시하고 한 경력 교사의 과제 변형 사례를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행 연구 검토를 통해 교사가 과제의 체제 및 개별 과제를 변형하는 방식을 거시적인 차원에서의 연속성, 미시적인 차원에서의 상보성, 그리고 과제가 요구하는 상호작용의 유형 측면과 연관지어 분석하는 틀을 도출하였다. 이러한 틀을 바탕으로 한 경력 교사가 3년간 참여한 연구 공동체 활동 과정에서 1년차와 3년차에 수행했던 과제 변형 과정을 분석하여 비교해본 결과 여러 가지 측면에서 차이가 관찰되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 교사가 발산적 사고와 수렴적 사고 사이의 역동적인 작용을 고려하여 과제를 변형한다는 것의 구체적인 의미를 드러내어 보여준다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

In this study, we aimed to propose a framework for analyzing how teachers engage in task modification considering mathematical creativity, focusing on the dynamics between divergent and convergent thinking. We also examined a case involving an experienced teacher who participated in a research community over a three-year period. By reviewing prior research, we developed a framework that links teachers' task modification processes to continuity at the macro level, complementarity at the micro level, and interaction types. Using this framework, we analyzed the task modification process of the experienced teacher in her first and third year of the research community. This comparison revealed significant shifts in how the teacher approached task modification, highlighting the dynamics between divergent and convergent thinking.
