국문 초록

As the most popular sport in the world, football reflects a country’s cultural soft power to a certain extent. However, my country’s current football level has declined significantly, which is inconsistent with my country’s status as a major country on the international stage. In order to cope with the problems of declining physical fitness of young people and the decrease in the number of people participating in football, my country has vigorously promoted the development of campus football activities. Although middle school campus football started early and has achieved certain results in recent years, there are still problems such as poor training effect and insufficient training time in extracurricular training, which restricts the further development of campus football. This paper studies the current situation of extracurricular training of campus football in Lecong Town Middle School in Shunde District through a questionnaire survey method, deeply analyzes the problems existing in training, and puts forward targeted suggestions. This study aims to improve the level of extracurricular training of campus football in Lecong Town Middle School and provide a reference for the development of campus football in other similar schools.

영문 초록

足球作为世界上最受欢迎的运动项目，在一定程度上体现了一个国家的文化软实力。然而，我国当前的足球水平却出现了明显的下滑，这与我国在国际舞台上的大国地位不符。为应对青少年体质逐年下降和足球参与人口减少的问题，我国大力推动了校园足球活动的开展。尽管中学校园足球启动较早，并且在近几年取得了一定成果，但在课余训练中仍然存在训练效果不佳、训练时间不足等问题，制约了校园足球的进一步发展。本文通过问卷调查法，对顺德区乐从镇中学校园足球课余训练的现状进行了研究，深入分析了在训练中存在的问题，并提出了有针对性的建议。本研究旨在提升乐从镇中学校园足球课余训练的水平，并为其他类似学校的校园足球发展提供参考。
