국문 초록

본 연구에서는 현재 일반적으로 적용되고 있는 도시재생 뉴딜사업의 문제점을 경제적 문제 와 사회적 문제, 행정적 문제로 분류하여 창원특례시 도시재생 뉴딜사업 문제점에 대한 실증분 석을 하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 전문가가 인식하고 있는 주요한 위험항목을 AHP 분석 을 통해 창원특례시 도시재생 뉴딜사업의 위험을 감소시키는 방법에 대하여 합리적으로 평가하 였다. 이를 통해 산출된 복합가중치 분석결과 1순위는 도시재생 뉴딜사업의 경제적 타당성 부 재, 2순위는 도시재생 뉴딜사업 관련 조례 항목의 미비 및 잘못된 규정으로 인한 도시재생 뉴딜 사업의 혼란 초래, 3순위는 도시재생 뉴딜사업의 무분별한 인건비 중심의 예산, 4순위는 도시 재생 뉴딜사업시 주민협의체의 비협조로 인한 도시재생사업의 난항, 5순위는 도시재생 뉴딜사 업시 도시재생센터의 비전문성, 6순위는 도시재생 뉴딜사업시 주민들 간의 의견불일치로 인한 분쟁 또는 갈등, 7순위는 도시재생 뉴딜사업 이후의 자생력 부족인 것으로 파악되었다.

영문 초록

In this study, the problems of urban regeneration new deal projects that are currently commonly applied are categorized into economic, social, and administrative problems, and an empirical analysis of the problems of urban regeneration new deal projects in Changwon Special City was conducted. For the empirical analysis, the major risk items recognized by experts were rationally evaluated on how to reduce the risk of the urban regeneration new deal project in Changwon Special Case through AHP analysis. The composite weighted analysis showed that the first rank was the lack of economic feasibility of the urban regeneration new deal project, the second rank was the lack of ordinance items related to the urban regeneration new deal project and the confusion of the urban regeneration new deal project due to incorrect regulations, and the third rank was the indiscriminate budget centered on labor costs of the urban regeneration new deal project, The fourth reason is the difficulty of urban regeneration projects due to the non-cooperation of residents' councils during urban regeneration projects, the fifth reason is the unprofessionalism of urban regeneration centers during urban regeneration projects, the sixth reason is disputes or conflicts due to disagreements among residents during urban regeneration projects, and the seventh reason is the lack of self-sustainability after urban regeneration projects.
