高等职业院校校史编写的现状、困境及疏解策略

국문 초록

With the deepening of school-based culture construction, the compilation of school history has become an important cultural exploration project. Different from ordinary colleges and universities, the development of higher vocational colleges has distinct history, stage and skill. The compilation of school history spans two interdisciplinary disciplines: vocational education and history. Starting from the specific case of the compilation of school history in higher vocational colleges, we can see that the current school history takes “writing group” and “editorial committee” as the main body of creation, and takes chapter, chronicle and chronicle as the main style, and is issued in the form of public publication or internal journal. There are four difficulties in its compilation First, There is a lack of completeness of school history data; Second, the writing team is not professional enough; Third, The school does not pay enough attention to it; Fourth, There is a lack of innovation in the compilation of school history. Therefore, there are four main strategies to relieve the compilation of school history in higher vocational colleges: First, establish the writing system of school history, improve the top-level design; Second, strengthen the construction of school history team and improve professional quality; Third, promote the interpretation of school history spirit and realize the love of school by learning history; Fourth, optimize the writing style of school history and enhance the consciousness of innovation.

영문 초록

随着校本文化建设的深入推进，校史编写已成为一项重要的文化探源工程。有别于普通高等本科院校，高职院校发展具有鲜明的历史性、阶段性和技能性，校史编写横跨职业教育学与历史学两大交叉学科。从高职院校校史编写的具体案例出发，可以窥见当前校史以“编写组”“编委会”为创作主体，以章节体、编年体、纪事体为主要体例，以公开出版或内刊形式印发。其编写困境有四：一是校史资料完整性欠缺；二是编写队伍专业性不够；三是学校层面重视不高；四是校史编写创新不足。因此，高职院校校史编写的疏解策略主要有以下四点：一是建立校史编写制度，完善顶层设计；二是加强校史队伍建设，提高专业素养；三是深化校史精神阐释，实现以学史爱校；四是优化校史编写体例，增强创新意识。
