국문 초록

As a new form of productive forces, the new quality productivity plays an important role in promoting social development.As the core of leadership in rural society, grassroots party organizations bear significant responsibility for the development of rural economy and society, including new-quality productive forces.The Party organization's leadership in the development of new rural productive forces is an inevitable requirement for continuously consolidating the Party's leading position in rural areas, a key measure to further promote comprehensive revitalization of villages, and a powerful guarantee for accelerating the modernization of rural governance.However, in the process of leading the development of new quality productivity, grassroots party organizations have encountered obstacles in terms of organization, talent, industry, technology and other aspects, resulting in a lack of effectiveness in cultivating rural new quality productivity.To improve the effectiveness of grassroots party organizations in leading the development of new rural productive forces, it is necessary to strengthen organizational construction and build a strong leadership core;Do a good job in internal training and external introduction, gather talents for rural development;Adhere to local conditions and create high-quality industries with characteristics; Strengthen the guidance of science and technology, improve the mechanism for transforming scientific and technological achievements.

영문 초록

新质生产力作为一种新的生产力质态，对社会发展起着巨大推进作用。基层党组织作为农村社会的领导核心，对包括新质生产力在内的农村经济社会发展，负有重大责任。党组织引领农村新质生产力发展是不断巩固党的农村领导地位的必然要求，是进一步推动乡村全面振兴的关键举措，是加快实现乡村治理现代化的有力保障。然而，引领新质生产力发展的过程，基层党组织遭遇了组织、人才、产业、科技等多方面的阻碍，致使农村新质生产力培育效果不显。要提高基层党组织引领乡村新质生产力发展成效，必须强化组织建设，构建坚强领导核心；激活人才引擎，完善人才工作机制；坚持因地制宜，打造特色优质产业；加强科技引领，健全科技转化机制。
