다문화가정의 세대별 주거 인식 특성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 다문화 가정이 증가함에 따라 그들의 주거현황을 조사하고 주거상태의 개선에 필요한 요인을 도출하여 주거만족도를 향상시킬 방안과 시사점을 제시하는 연구이다. 연구는 서울시와 경기도 주로 거주하는 다문화가정을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 조사하였고 실증연구를 위하여 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 주거입지와 주거환경, 지역공동체는 다문화가정의 주거만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나 주거비용은 유의하지 않았다. 세대별로 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보면 30대, 40대, 50대의 경우는 주거입지가 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있으나, 20대의 경우는 주거환경이 가장 큰 영향 변수로 나타났다. 세대마다 약간의 다른 특성을 보이고 있었다. 본 연구는 다문화가정의 주거인식 특성을 살펴봄으로 다문화가정에 대한 주거 정책개발이나 지역공동체 역할과 같은 사회적 대응을 위한 기초자로로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study suggests ways and implications to improve housing satisfaction by investigating the current status of multicultural families in Korea and deriving factors necessary for improving their housing conditions as the number of multicultural families in Korea increases. The study conducted a survey on multicultural families living mainly in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and analyzed them through the SPSS 22.0 program for empirical research. As a result of the study, residential location, residential environment, and local community had a significant effect on the housing satisfaction of multicultural families, but housing costs were not significant. Looking at the factors affecting each generation, in the case of 30s, 40s, and 50s, the residential location had the greatest influence, but in the case of 20s, the residential environment was the biggest influence variable. Each generation showed slightly different characteristics. By examining the characteristics of housing awareness of multicultural families, this study can be used as a basis for social responses such as housing policy development or local community roles for multicultural families.
