국문 초록

With the development of media technology, the new media environment has not only given the freedom of the press a huge breakthrough space, but also triggered many changes in the elements of the freedom of the press and practical value and guarantee mechanism. Based on the new media environment, this article discusses the related content of new media environment and also to summarizes and analyzes the freedom of the press in Mongolia’s new media environment. Therefore, it is particularly important to emphasize the importance of relative freedom and to organically combine morality with law, self-discipline with heteronomy to regulate and perfect press freedom in the new media environment.
