한국어 학습부진아 실태 조사 - S대 한국어교육원을 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 한국어 학습과정에서 나타나는 학습부진아의 실태를 파악하고 뇌선호도 조사를 통해 학습현장에서 적용할 수 있는 교육적 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구범위는 2019년 부산지역 대학교 한 부설 한국어교육기관에서 봄 학기 과정 중인 학습자들과 교사들을 대상으로 조사가 이루어졌다. 연구방법 으로는 먼저 한국어 학습부진아실태를 파악하기 위해 1급에서 5급 까지 수준별로 조사를 진행하였으며, 그 조사결과를 바탕으로 학습부진아 수가 가장 많은 급을 선정하여 좌ㆍ우뇌의 인지유형을 분석하는 뇌선호도 검사를 실시하였다. 학습부진아 실태조사 결과, 한국어 학습부진아수는 2급이 가장 많으며, 학습부진아의 비율이 가장 높은 것이 4급으로 나타났다. 좌ㆍ우뇌 뇌선호도 검사에서는 좌뇌 형이 8.3%로 가장 낮게 조사되었으며 우 뇌형과 양 뇌형의 45.8%의 5배가 낮은 수치이다. 이와 결과를 바탕으로 학습자의 다양한 특성에 맞은 수업지도와 맞춤형 지도를 하게 된다면 학습에 대한 부담이 줄게 되고 오히려 수업에 대한 자신감까지 느끼게 된다. 결국, 현장에서 수업을 담당하는 교사는 이러한 요인들을 파악하여 수업에 적용하는 것이 교사의 역할이라고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학습부진아를 지도함에 있어 학습부진아 실태를 파악하여 학교현장에서 적용할 수 있는 교육적 시사점을 도출하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research lies in understanding actual situation of underachievers appearing in Korean learning process and extracting educational implication applying to learning fields through the brain preference. The study was conducted on students and teachers during the spring semester at a university in Busan in 2019. To understand the actual state of children with poor learning of Korean language, the government conducted a brain preference test to select the class with the highest number of children with poor learning based on the results of the brain preference test. According to the survey, the number of children with poor learning in Korean is the second grade, the fourth grade is the highest, and the left and right brain type is the lowest at 8.3 percent, five times lower than the right and right brain type at 45.8 percent. Based on these results, if you provide customized instruction and lesson guidance suited to various characteristics of learners, you will feel less burden on learning and more confident in teaching. In the end, it is thought that it is the role of teachers to grasp these factors and apply them to their classes. Therefore, this research is meaningful in guiding children with poor learning by understanding the actual state of children with underachievers and deriving educational suggestions that can be applied at school.
