국문 초록

본 연구는 윤리적 리더십과 직무자율성 각각이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 이 변수 간의 관계에 있어서 사회적 자본과 지식공유 각각의 매개역할을 분석하였다. 연구자료는 국내 기업에서 근무하는 250명의 종업원을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 수집되었다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 윤리적 리더십은 사회적 자본과 지식공유에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무자율성은 사회적 자본에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 자본과 지식공유 각각은 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 사회적 자본과 지식공유 각각은 윤리적 리더십과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 부분 매개하고, 사회적 자본은 직무자율성과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

This study examined the effects of ethical leadership and job autonomy on innovative behavior and the mediating role of social capital and knowledge sharing in the relationship between these variables. Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 250 employees working at domestic companies. Ethical leadership was found to be positively related to both social capital and knowledge sharing, while job autonomy had a positive association with social capital. Knowledge sharing was also positively related to innovative behavior. In terms of mediating relationships, it was found that social capital and knowledge sharing both partially mediated the relationship between ethical leadership and innovative behavior, while social capital partially mediated the relationship between job autonomy and innovative behavior.
