간호대학생의 그릿, 간호 실무준비도, 실습전환충격이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 그릿, 간호 실무준비도, 실습전환충격, 전문직 자아개념을 파악하고 이들의 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 G시에 소재하는 4학년 간호대학생 119명을 대상으로 하였으며, 일반적인 특성 및 변수는 기술통계, 일반적인 특성에 따른 전문직 자아개념은 independent t-test, ANOVA, 변수 간 상관관계는 Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 이들의 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향요인은 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구 결과 전문직 자아개념에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호 실무준비도(β=0.48, p<.001), 실습전환충격(β=-0.25, p<.001), 진학동기(β=0.11, p=.017)로 나타났으며, 이들의 총 설명력은 80.7%이었다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호 실무준비도를 향상시키고 실습전환충격을 감소시키는 프로그램을 개발하여 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The aim of this study was to examine relationships between grit, nursing practice readiness, clinical practice transitional shock, and professional self-concept, and then to identify influencing factors on the professional self-concept of nursing students. Methods It was targeted to 119 nursing students in G city, and the general characteristics and variables were descriptive statistics, the professional self-concept according to general characteristics was Independent T-Test, ANOVA, variable correlation was Pearson's Correlation Coeficiens, their The impact factor on the professional self-concept was analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. Results As a result of this study, the factors that affect the of professional self-concept were due to nursing practice readiness(β=0.48, p<.001), clinical practice transitional shock(β=-0.25, p<.001), and motivation of nursing(β=0.11, p=.017). Their total explanation was 80.7%. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it can be developed and utilized by developing a program that improves nursing practical readiness and reduces the clinical practicetransitional shock.
