국문 초록

This study is intended to clarify the family welfare concept and to induce volunteer activities, which related to family characteristics and family member's voluntary participation motives. Voluntary activities would enhance the quality of life by family welfare service agencies, welfare practice programs, manager's ability, the managering program and their skills. Therefore it would be essential for the family members to participate into voluntary activities to over come the family conflicts and family problems.
