국문 초록

For this study, self-administered surveys on 1,251 married female immigrants who access one ofthe 14 multicultural family support centers in Chungcheongnam-do were conducted in order to findthe effects of self-esteem, family support, and job preparation on job search efficacy. The results of analysis of this study are as follows. First, the results were analyzed to see ifthere are any differences in job search efficacy based on social demographic characteristics such asage, Korean language skill, academic background, income, and social class. In addition, it wasshown that the job experiences in their native country had a positive influence on job searchefficacy. Based on the results of this study, the policies in the perspective of social welfare and theirapplicable implications are as follows.
