국문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of family health, satisfaction about dating, andlife stress on the psychological well-being of college students. Data were collected from 357 collegestudents at K University located in Daegu for this analysis. SPSS/PC for Windows was applied forfrequency analyses, correlation analyses and multiple regression analyses. The major results of thispaper are as follows. First, there are statistically significant relationships between variables. Thepsychological well-being of college students is closely related with families, friends, professors, andenvironments as a whole. Second, serial hierarchical multiple regression analyses revealed that thepsychological well-being of 39% of the college students was affected by family health, satisfactionabout dating, and life stress. Among the subfactors, positive interpersonal relationships and selfacceptancewere the most important variables. These results are useful for the counseling andguidance of university students.
