국문 초록

목적: 본 고찰 연구의 목적은 국내외 논문을 바탕으로ASD 아동의 섭식 구강 문제와 중재법을 고찰하는 데 있다. 방법: 국내 논문의 경우 총 26편의 논문이 검색되었고포함 기준과 배제 기준을 적용하여 총 5편의 논문을, 해외논문의 경우 총 378편의 논문이 검색되었고 포함 기준과배제 기준을 적용하여 총 7편의 논문을 선정하였다. 선정된논문들에서 나타나는 ASD 아동의 구가 문제와 중재법을정리하였다. 결과: 국내외 논문을 정리하여 보면 감각 문제로 인해음식에 대한 수용도가 낮은 것이 주된 자폐 스펙트럼 아동의 구강 문제로 언급되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 중재법은 국내외 논문에서 다양한 행동 중재 및 ABA 중재법을 사용한 것이 확인되었다. 결론: 추후에는 중재를 적용한 대상을 늘려 신뢰도가 높은 결과를 만들고 중재법을 일반화해야 할 필요가 있다. 또한 본 연구에서 다루지 않은 다른 방법들도 찾아보고 실제 임상에서도 중재법을 더욱 다양하게 적용시킬 필요가있다.

영문 초록

This scoping review aimed to examine oral feeding issues and intervention methods in children with ASD based on domestic and international literature. A total of 26 domestic papers and 378 international papers were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. From the selected papers, oral issues and intervention methods for children with ASD were summarized. Through a review of domestic and international literature, it is evident that reduced acceptance of food due to sensory issues is the primary oral issue in children with ASD. Various behavioral and ABA interventions have been identified as intervention methods in the domestic and international literature. In the future, it will be necessary to expand the number of intervention subjects to ensure reliable results and generalize the intervention methods. Additionally, it is important to explore other methods that were not covered in this study and apply intervention methods in clinical practice.
