Peopl’s nature is the fundamental position of Marxism. Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, as Marxism in the 21st century, and Marxism in contemporary China, always adhered to this fundamental position.Xi Jinping thought on culture, as the latest achievements of Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, contains profound people. On the way to generate rationality, Xi Jinping thought on culture adheres to the people’s nature of Marxism, continues the people’s ideas of Chinese excellent traditional culture, inherit the mass line of the Chinese Communist Party’s cultural work, and learn from the vivid experience of Xi Jinping’s personal practice; In the scientific connotation, the people’s nature of Xi Jinping thouguht on culture is reflected in the value subject of the people, the subject of practice, the subject and the evaluation subject; In practical direction, achieving new cultural mission must adhere to the unity of party spirit and people, give play to the people's consciousness, and rely on people’s power.

영문 초록

人民立场是马克思主义的根本立场。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为21 世纪的马克思主义、当代中国的马克思主义，始终坚持这一根本立场。习近平文化思想作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义的最新成果，蕴含着深刻的人民性。在生成理路上，习近平文化思想坚守马克思主义的人民立场，赓续中华优秀传统文化的民本思想，继承中国共产党文化工作的群众路线，汲取习近平个人实践的生动经验；在科学内涵中，习近平文化思想人民性体现为人民是文化的价值主体、实践主体、享有主体和评价主体；在实践指向中，实现新的文化使命必须坚持党性和人民性的统一，发挥人民自觉，依靠人民力量。
