영문 초록
In recent years Korea Government amended the Industry reallocation law to the Industry cluster promotion law. This law drives forward to select and promote regional strategic industries in each region. The core policy-means strengthen on the formation of industrial clustering and regional innovation system(RIS). This study is focused on the formation of parts-materials industry in Seoul-metropolitan area. The principal reseanch purpose is to define the critical factors to this strategic cluster for government's parts-materials promotion policy and to establish the effectitive regional innovation system.
