중국 반려동물 원격의료서비스에 대한 이용의도 연구

국문 초록

반려동물 문화가 발전하면서 중국 가정에서 반려동물의 역할이 점점 더 중요해지고 반려동물 건강에 대한 사람들의 관심이 점차 확대되었다. 또한, 코로나19로 인해 반려동물이나 반려동물 보호자와 직접 접촉하지 않고 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있는 반려동물 원격의료서비스에 대해 전 세계적으로 관심이 높아지면서, 중국에서도 반려동물 원격의료에 관한 이용이 확대되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 반려동물 원격의료서비스에 대한 이용의도를 파악하기 위하여 계획행동이론을 적용하고, 지각된 위험 변수를 투입하여 분석을 하였다. 주요 연구결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 반려동물 원격의료서비스의계획행동이론 변수인 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제가 모두 이용의도에 유의한 긍정적 영향이 나타났다. 둘째, 반려동물 원격의료서비스에 대한 지각된 위험 중 경제적 위험과 성과위험은 이용의도에부정적 영향이 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Along with the development of companion animal culture, the roles of companion animals in Chinese family are becoming more and more important, and people’s interest in companion animal health is gradually increasing. Moreover, due to COVID-19, global interest in telemedicine services for companion animals that can provide medical services without direct contact with companion animals or their guardians is getting keener, and in China, too, the use of telemedicine for companion animals is also increasing. Therefore, this study applied the theory of planned behavior and inputted the variable of perceived risk for analysis to understand the intention to use telemedicine service for companion animals. The main research findings are as follows: First, attitudnes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control which are the TPB variables of telemedicine service for companion animals have been all found to have significantly positive effects on use intention. Second, among perceived risks about telemedicine service for companion animals, economic risk and performance risk have been found to have significantly negative effects on use intention.
