Vertov referring to function of movie which is as a tool of educationand propaganda. He thought we should create a movies to teach morethan struggle and revolution to workers and peasants. a new societyrequires new form of expression in which composed of a large number ofilliteracy of the workers and peasants. He established Kino-Eye Groupand announced in 1919. This means that the camera becomes human’s eyes to record everythings, emphasizing witness sprit without adaptation or anything wouldnot be produced. Life is moved freely in front of camera. The only thingfilm director needs to care about is what the director to spend, and howthe selection process takes, while editing another short one shot that Isrelated to the one put. Vertov thought that we should analyze it ratherthan to record the real world simply, so He stressed the importance ofediting.
