국문 초록

우리의 통일환경은 통일친화도 측면에서 복합적이다. 북한의 전략적 환경은 '북한문제'에 대한 통일지향적 접근의 필요성을 제기한다. 통일준비에 있어서 통일사회화 과정은 그 근본으로서의 위상을 갖는다. 우리군 장병들에 대한 통일 사회화 노력은 통일의 미래준비에 있어서 적잖은 의미를 갖는다. 현재의 장병정신교육은 안보중심접근법에 기초해 있다. 군정신교육은 통일사회화 과정의 일환으로 그 의미를 확장하여 심화시킬 필요가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Seoul's Unification Environment seems to be complex in regard of possibility of Korean unification. Both positive and negative aspects related to the structure of expectation of Korean unification coexist. But when we deeply consider the strategic environments for the survival of North Korea, we had better have no choice but to approach toward the 'North Korean problems' in context of unification-centered approaches. The effects of socialization process for unification in the military have much meaningful importance in preparing for the future of Korean unification. Up to now, the spiritual education of the military is mainly focused on security-centered approaches. The spiritual education of the military should be enlarged and deepened as a means of socialization process for Korean unification
