국문 초록

중세 이탈리아 원양무역의 발전은 상업조직의 혁신을 촉진시켰고, 원양무역 위험은 ‘좌지 상인’ 과 ‘여행상인’ 이 공동으로 경영하는 합작제도를 촉진시켰고, 이전의 고대 로마의 ‘단일 소유자’ 구조에서 ‘소유자’와 ‘경영자’가 분리된 ‘이원주체 구조’로 바뀌었다. 베네치아와 플로렌스 등 이탈리아 도시 공화국은 상업의 지속적이고 안정적인 발전을 보장하기 위해 합자경영유한책임제도를 실시하여 상인 출자 경영 분배 등의 경영활동을 국가등록제도를 통해 보장한다. 이러한 무역 환경의 최적화로 회계 기록의 주체와 내용이 변경되어 복식 부기가 생겨나고 더욱 완벽해졌다.

영문 초록

The development of Italian ocean-going trade in the Middle-ages promoted the innovation of commercial organizations, and the risk of ocean-going trade contributed to the partnership system of “sitting merchants” and “traveling merchants”, which changed from the structure of “single owner” in ancient Rome to “dual subject structure” in which the owner and operator were separated. Italy's city republics such as Venice and Florence, in order to ensure the sustained and stable development of business, implement the partnership limited liability system, and guarantee the investment, operation, distribution and other business activities of businessmen through the national registration system. This optimization of business environment leads to the change of the main body and content of accounting records, which makes double-entry bookkeeping come into being and further improved.
