국문 초록

이 연구는 기업소속 장애인 운동선수들이 성취목표성향과 선수만족, 운동지속의지의 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 기업장애인 운동선수를 관리하고 있는 업체 4곳을 각 50명씩 총 200명을 연구대상으로 설정하였다. 조사 기간은 2021년 6월부터 2021년 11월말까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 기존 계획에서는 직접 방문하여 대면으로 설문을 실시하려고 하였으나 사회적 거리두기로 인해 운동선수들을 직접 대면 할 수 없어 비대면으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 진행하였다. 온라인으로 실시한 결과 총 187부가 신뢰할 수 있는 설문지로 인정되어 자료로 사용하였다. 이 연구의 통계를 분석하기 위해서 SPSS ver. 22.0과 AMOS ver. 20.0 프로그램을 활용하였고, 타당도 검증을 위하여 확인적 요인분석, 신로도 검증을 위해 내적일관성, 신뢰도 분석을 하였다. 또한, 문항간의 구조 관계를 분석하기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하였고 구조방정식 모형을 실시하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 장애인 운동선수들의 성취목표성향은 선수만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 장애인 운동선수들의 성취목표 성향은 운동지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 선수만족이 운동지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between achievement goal orientation, athlete satisfaction, and will to continue exercising in disabled athletes belonging to the group. The research subjects were set as the research subjects for a total of 200 people, 50 people each from 4 companies that manage athletes with disabilities. The survey period was from June 2021 to the end of November 2021. The online test, a total of 187 copies, excluding 13 copies, were recognized as reliable questionnaires and used as data. To analyze the statistics of this study, SPSS ver. 22.0 and AMOS ver. 20.0 program was used, confirmatory factor analysis was performed to verify validity, and internal consistency and reliability analysis were performed to verify trustworthiness. Through this method, the following results were derived. First, the achievement goal orientation of disabled athletes had a significant effect on athlete satisfaction. Second, the achievement goal orientation of disabled athletes had a significant effect on the intention to continue exercising. Third, athlete satisfaction had a significant effect on intention to continue exercise.
