영문 초록

It is evident that brazil would set up SAFTA on the basis of MERCOSUR, solely conclude a preferential customs agreement with ANCOM, and finally play a key role in creating FTAA. But, the investment circumstances have both positive and negative factors in Brazil. In particular, bearish trend of real, the currency of Brazil, unstable financial market caused by worries of inflation, degeneration of credit rating and risk of moratorium of Argentina, the neighboring nation, hinder from facilitating FDI which has been going well to establishment of MERCOSUR. It is noteworthy, however, that the nation carries out positive policies to provide favorable investment circumstances, including promoting foreigners' investment, expanding investment incentives, and providing better conditions for supplying raw material.
