코로나19 원격교육에서의 간호대학 신입생의 역경지수, 학업적 정서조절 및 친구지지가 학업적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 원격교육을 경험한 간호대학 신입생을 대상으로 학업적응 영향요인을확인하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 25.0 program을 이용하였으며, 각 변수들 간의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation coefficients로, 학업적응에 미치는 영향은 Stepwise multiple linear regression을 이용하였다. 역경지수, 학업적 정서조절, 친구지지는 학업적응과 양의 상관관계를나타냈으며, 간호학과 지원동기와 학업적 정서조절은 학업적응에 영향력이 있으며 설명력은 13.7% 였다. 간호학과를 스스로 지원한 경우와 학업적 정서조절 능력이 높을수록 학업적응을 잘 한다는본 연구결과 바탕으로 지원동기를 파악하고 그에 따른 개인별 맞춤형 프로그램과 멘토-멘티 활동, 스터디 클럽 활동 등과 같은 비교과 과정 프로그램 개발이 필수적이며 이에 대한 적용 방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive survey study to identify the factors affecting academic adjustment in nursing college freshmen who have experienced distance education in the COVID-19 situation. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 25.0 program was used, and the correlation between each variable was analyzed with Pearson's correlation coefficients, and the effect on academic adjustment was done with stepwise multiple linear regression. Adversity index, academic emotional regulation, and friend support showed positive correlation with academic adjustment, and among the general characteristics, the reason for appling for nursing department and academic emotional regulation had an effect on academic adjustment. The explanation power was 13.7%. Based on the results of this study that academic adjustment is good when applying for nursing department by oneself and when academic emotional regulation ability is high, it is necessary to identify the reason for application and develop programs tailored to each individual and non-curricular programs such as mentor-mentee activities, study club activities, etc. It is considered that an application plan for that should be prepared.
