국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대구ㆍ경북 지역 중소기업을 대상으로 ERP시스템 도입 현황, 활용도, 어떠한 업무에 ERP시스템을 활용할 필요성이 있는지, 그리고 ERP시스템 도입 혹은 향후 도입으로 인해 기업의 성과 향상에 대한 인식은 어떠한지를 조사하였다. 그 결과 전산인력 배치비율을 높이거나 전산인력 배치와 동일한 효과를 거둘 수 있는 지원방안을 마련하고 최고경영층의 ERP시스템에 대한 관심과 지원을 높임으로써 ERP시스템 활용이 잘 이루어지질 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ERP시스템에 대한 활용도는 생산관리, 회계관리, 영업관리의 순으로 나타났고 대구ㆍ경북지역 중소기업의 경우 급여관리, 영업관리, 생산관리에 ERP시스템 활용 필요성을 크게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 ERP시스템 도입 및 향후 도입으로 인한 성과 개선에 대한 인식은 대부분 높게 나타남으로써 ERP시스템 도입이 기업의 성과를 개선시킬 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 나타난 이러한 결과는 중소기업의 ERP시스템 도입 및 활용에 있어 중요한 지침이 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 향후 중소기업 ERP시스템 지원사업에 이러한 결과를 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

From the research which it sees ERP system introduction present condition and application in Taegu area small and medium enterprise, there probably is a necessity which will apply a ERP system in what kind of business, and ERP system introduction were caused by or with hereafter introduction and the recognition against the result improvement of the enterprise investigated it probably is how. It raised the result electric computer manpower arrangement ratio, or, the support plan which is the possibility of gathering the effect which is identical with an electric computer manpower arrangement it prepared, raised an interest and the support regarding the ERP system of highest management layer and with the ERP system application well to accomplish with the fact that it is geological features possibility it appeared. Also the application against a ERP system the production control which goes round, the accounting civil official and the business civil official pure with it appeared with the fact that it feels a ERP system application necessity a lot in the case grant civil official, the business civil official and production control of the Taegu area small and medium enterprise to appear.
