영문 초록

(Purpose) The young people who are supposed to work most actively cannot adapt to the fierce competition and the conventional wisdom of society. They lose their self-esteem and become withdrawal in a small room. The problem is that even the family cannot deal with this situation properly so they experience extreme conflicts. Withdrawal, as well as the family and society as a whole, suffer tangible and intangible losses. (Design/methodology/approach) This study analyzes the remarks of those who have overcome their secluded life and returned to society. It also explores how their experiences can contribute to the general public. In particular, the purpose of this study is to restore the individual s lost self-esteem and present a way to live independently as a full-fledged member of this society. (Research implications or Originality) Researchers would like to propose the establishment of support centers around the country to support withdrawal. Experiences that contribute to society can be expected to increase one s self-esteem. It is expected that the state s administrative support for those who have lost their self-esteem will not only renew their awareness of the state, but also raise the level and phase of the country s
