국문 초록

학교폭력이나 청소년범죄는 물론 정서적인 불안과 학습부진은 결코 아동의 문제가 아니다. 심리학적인 측면에서 삶에 대한 동기가 부여될 수 있도록 충분한 정서적인 상담프로그램이 필요하며 이러한 상담프로그램은 다양한 영역의 체험을 통해 아동 스스로 자기이해와 본인의 숨겨진 재능과 흥미를 발견하고, 인생의 구체적 꿈과 목표를 설계할 수 있는 능동적 인간형으로 계발하게 한다. 여기에 융합적인 상담프로그램은 학교 밖 청소년들의 학교폭력과 청소년범죄 등의 예방을 위한 관리의 사각지대가 없도록 많은 전문기관과 다양한 프로그램이 있음에도 이러한 사건과 사고들이 증가되거나 더욱 심해지는 것을 직시하여 사단법인 안전문화포럼에서도 학교의 안전과 학교 밖의 안전까지도 예방하는 사업을 도모해야 한다는 필요성을 가진다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 필요에 따른 안전문화정착의 근간을 이루는 아동과 청소년교육의 필요성과 ‘학교폭력, 언어와 사이버폭력, 물리적 폭력, 집단따돌림 및 성폭력예방 및 대처방법’에 대한 융합적 상담프로그램의 사례에서 효과성을 제안하고 프로그램의 개념을 이해하고 그 필요성을 갖게 함은 물론 상담전문가들이 좀 더 융합적인 다양한 접근방법을 인지하고 훈련하여 안전문화정착과 학교폭력에 관한 예방과 치료의 통합적인 기술을 갖고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is not just the child s problem, school violence or juvenile crime, as well as emotional anxiety and poor learning. It is necessary to have sufficient emotional counseling program to motivate the life in the psychological aspect and to discover the self-understanding and the hidden talents and interests of the self through the experience of various areas and to design the concrete dreams and goals of life We develop into active human form that can do. In addition, the convergent counseling program is aimed at the prevention of school violence and juvenile crime by preventing the blindness of management, In the Safety Culture Forum, the necessity of the project to prevent the safety of the school and the safety outside the school is needed.
