Researches on People with Kidney Disabilities: Trends Analysis

국문 초록

본 연구는 2000년부터 2019년까지 최근 20년간 국내 등재 학술지 논문 중 신장 장애인에관련된 연구 51편의 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 신장 장애인연구에 있어 향후 지향해야할 방향성을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 이에 분석 대상 논문의 전반적 현황과 연구방법, 연구주제를 살펴보고 연구 주제에 따라 논문들을 간략하게 제시하여 연구 내용에도 접근하고자 하였다. 연구결과 신장 장애인 관련 연구의 관심이 간호학 분야에 31편(61.0%)으로가장 집중되었고, 2015년~2019년 구간에 25편(49.0%)의 연구가 집중되었다. 연구대상에는혈액투석을 받고 있는 사람을 대상으로 하는 연구가 39편(76.0%)으로 가장 많았다. 연구방법에는 조사연구가 46편(90.2%)으로 가장 많이 활용되었으며, 이중 양적 연구가 36편(70.6%)으로 가장 많게 나타났다. 연구 주제로 분석 대상 논문에서 나타난 키워드는 삶의질이 가장 많았으며 우울, 사회적 지지, 스트레스, 자아존중감 순으로 나타났고, 세부 내용으로는 삶의 질, 심리, 만성신부전증 경험, 사회적 지지, 직업, 자기 관리 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 신장 장애인에 관련 사회복지연구가 부족하다는 점에 주목하여, 의료적 관점과 간호관점이 아닌 장애의 관점을 적용한 신장 장애연구와 신장 장애인의사회복지 욕구를 파악하는 연구의 확대를 통해 신장 장애인에 대한 다양한 사회복지 서비스 및 제도 확립의 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to understand the future direction of people with kidney disabilities research by analyzing the trends in 51 people with kidney disabilities research papers published in Korean academic journals from 2000 to 2019. The study addresses the papers’overall status, research methods and topics, and briefly presented the contents according to the topics. The results showed that the most common topic was about nursing, with 31 papers (61%) and the period during which the most papers were published was 2015-2019, with 25 papers (49%) published during this time. The most common research subjects were those undergoing hemodialysis, who were the subject population in 39 papers (76%). Surveys were the most common research method, appearing in 46 papers (90.2%), of which quantitative surveys were the most common, appearing in 36 papers (70.6%). The most common subjects in descending order of frequency were “quality of life”, “depression”, “social support”, “stress”, and “self-esteem”. The most common keywords in descending order of frequency were “quality of life”, “psychology”, “experience of chronic renal failure”, “social support”, “occupation” and “self-management”. The results of this study suggested the need for various social welfare services and systems for people with kidney disabilities, given the lack of such research, with expanding researches not related to medicine or nursing, but focused on the kidney disabilities themselves, and researches to identify people with kidney disabilities’ social welfare needs.
