인천지역의 콜드체인 물류거점화 전략에 관한 연구

국문 초록

신선식품은 유통과정에서 시간의 경과에 따라 선도와 품질이 변하는 특성이 있기 때문에 품질, 안전성 및 가격에 대하여 소비 자가 민감하게 반응한다. 또한 신선식품은 수확 또는 제품 출하 시 일정 수준의 품질이 유지되더라도 유통과정 중 변질, 부패, 감 모 등으로 인한 손실이 약 20∼30%에 달해 출하 후 소비자에게 이르는 전 유통과정에서 일정한 온도 유지를 통한 제품의 품질관 리가 매우 중요하다. 글로벌 신선물류(콜드체인) 시장은 신선제품 및 의약품 무역이 활성화될수록 급성장하여 식생활 수준의 전반 적인 향상, 식의약품 물류 품질향상을 위한 부패 및 폐기 감소, 물류에너지 절감에 대한 요구 등으로 지속적으로 확장되고 있다. 인천지역은 인천국제공항과 인천항이 직접 연결된 국내·외 관문 역할을 수행하고 있어 신선물류 거점화의 최적지역으로 평가되 고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인천지역의 신선물류 현황 및 지역특성을 바탕으로 신선물류 거점화 전략을 제시한다. 인천지역에 적합한 신선물류의 종류와 적용범위를 판단하고 이에 따른 신선물류 사업을 발굴한다. 인천지역의 신선물류 활성화를 위한 정책을 발굴 하여 관련 사업의 경쟁력을 뒷받침하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 정책적 시사점을 제시하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Fresh food has a characteristic that the freshness and quality change over time in the distribution process, so consumers are sensitive to quality, safety and price. Fresh foods lose about 20 to 30% due to deterioration, spoilage, and deterioration in the distribution process even if a certain level of quality is maintained when harvesting or shipping products. Therefore, it is very important to control the quality of the product through maintaining a constant temperature in the entire distribution process from the shipment of fresh food to the consumer. The global fresh logistics (cold chain) market is booming as the trade in fresh products and medicines becomes active. In particular, the market continues to expand due to overall improvement in food quality, reduction of corruption and disposal to improve the quality of food and drug logistics, and reduction of logistics energy. The Incheon area is regarded as an optimal area for the base of fresh logistics, as it serves as a gateway for domestic and foreign direct connection between Incheon International Airport and Incheon Port. In this study, we propose a strategy for establishing a base for fresh logistics based on the current status and regional characteristics of fresh logistics in Incheon. In addition, it determines the type and scope of fresh logistics suitable for the Incheon area and discovers the fresh logistics business accordingly. This study is meaningful to suggest policy implications that can help to support the competitiveness of related projects by discovering policies to promote fresh logistics in the Incheon area.
