藥用茶 개발탐색을 위한 糖尿藥膳 임상연구현황 분석

국문 초록

당뇨병은 우리나라 뿐 아니라 세계적으로도 유병률이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 질환이다. 인슐린저항성과 점전적인 인슐린분비 결함으로 발생한 제2형 당뇨병의 경우 약물치료보다는 정상체중 유지와 식습관 개선 등 생활습관 개선이 더 권장되고 있어 약용차 등 다양한 당뇨병예방 식품에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이에 당뇨병을 위한 약용차 개발을 위해 최근 중국에서 이루어진 약선 연구 중 당뇨병과 관련한 임상연구 현황을 분석하였다. 그 결과 임상연구대상자는 평균 83.5명, 연구기간은 1개월 이상이 선호되며, 약선 만을 이용해 당뇨치료를 진행한 경우 외에도 다양한 중재방안이 복합적으로 이용된 경우도 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 연구에 응용된 약선 제형으로는 음료류가 가장 많았고, 그 다음이 주식류, 국탕류가 많이 응용되었다. 약선에 이용된 약재료는 주로 보기(補氣), 보음(補陰), 청열(淸熱), 수삽(收澁) 효능을 가진 재료들이 많이 이용되었고 가장 빈도가 높은 약재는 산약, 구기자, 의이인, 황기 순으로 나타났다. 식재료는 채소류가 가장 많은 종류와 빈도로 이용되었음도 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Diabetes is a disease in which the prevalence continues to increase not only in Korea but also in the world. Type 2 diabetes, which is caused by insulin resistance and progressive insulin secretion, is recommended to improve lifestyle, such as maintaining normal weight and improving eating habits, rather than drug treatment. Therefore, research on various diabetes prevention foods, such as medicinal tea, is being actively conducted. In order to develop medicinal teas for diabetes, we analyzed the current status of clinical research related to diabetes among the drug studies in China. As a result, the average number of participants in the clinical study was 83.5, and the duration of the study was more than 1 month, and it was found that various interventions were used in addition to the case of diabetes treatment using only medicinal food(藥膳). The most common medicinal food(藥膳) formulations were beverages, followed by staple food and soups. Medicinal ingredients were mainly tonify Qi(補氣), tonify Yin(補陰), clear heat(淸熱), and securing and astringent(收澁). The most frequently used medicinal herbs were Dioscoreae Rhizoma(山藥), Lycii Furctus(枸杞子), Coicis Semen(薏苡仁) and Astragali Radix(黃芪). Food Ingredients were the most common type and frequency of vegetables.
