국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가정 자녀의 이중문화정체성이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 이중문화정체성과 생활만족도의 관계에서 자기유능감 및 대인관계능력의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에는 경기도와 강원도에 거주하는 다문화가정 자녀 162명이 참여하였으며, 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 활용한 대인면접법(face-to-face survey)으로 진행되었다. 연구결과에 따르면, 다문화가정 자녀의 이중문화정체성 수준이 높을수록 이들 자녀의 생활만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이중문화정체성이 높을수록 다문화가정 자녀의 자기유능감과 대인관계능력이 높아졌으며 이들 매개변수는 모두 독립변수인 이중문화정체성과 종속변수인 생활만족도의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 자녀의 이중문화정체성을 향상시키고, 개인의 내현화 특성인 자기유능감과 외현화 특성인 대인관계능력의 강화를 도울 수 있는 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of dual cultural identity on the Satisfaction of Life among Children in Multicultural Families focused on the mediating effects of Self-Efficacy and Interpersonal Relationship Ability. 162 children in multicultural families participated in this study and structured questionnaires were used. And a total of 158 children were analyzed by regression and Sobel-test to verify the mediating effect. This study overall found that the variable of dual cultural identity was directly associated with the variable of life satisfaction. And, this study identified that the variable of dual cultural identity was associated with the variable of self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship ability. Further, self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship ability showed mediating effect between dual cultural identity and life satisfaction. This study suggests practical implications for enhancing dual cultural identity, self-efficacy, and interpersonal relationship ability of children in multicultural families based on study results
