국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지기관에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사를 대상으로 윤리경영이 사회복지사의 전문직 정체성에 미치는 영향과 이들 변인들 간의 관계에서 심층적 성찰의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 다양한 사회복지기관에 종사하고 있는 345명의 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 사회복지기관의 윤리경영은 사회복지사의 심층적 성찰과 전문직 정체성을 높이는 데 정적인 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 또한 이들 변수들간의 관계에서 사회복지사의 심층적 성찰은 부분매개 효과가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지기관이 높은 수준의 윤리경영을 실천할 때 조직구성원은 전문직 정체성에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만 사회복지사의 심층적 성찰을 강화하는 것으로 이어질 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구결과는 사회복지기관의 윤리경영의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 조직구성원들의 심층적 성찰을 통하여 전문직 정체성을 확립할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 사회복지기관의 윤리경영을 위한 인프라 구축이 필요하며, 심층적 성찰을 수행할 수 있는 조직여건을 조성하는 것이 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the mediated effect of intensive reflection in the relationship between ethical management and professional identity targeting the social workers involved in a social welfare organization. To this end, this study conducted a survey targeting 345 social workers involved in 46 comprehensive social welfare organization. As a result of the analysis, it was found that a social welfare organization’s ethical management was playing a role in social workers’professional identity significantly, and when intensive reflection was put in the relationship between these variables as a mediated effect, there was a partial mediated effect that significance was offset. Such a result suggests that when a social welfare organization’s ethical management could be linked to social workers’intensive reflection, it could be linked again to the performance in their professional identity. The results of this study identify the importance of ethical management of social welfare organizations and suggest that it is necessary to establish a professional identity through intensive reflection by the members of the organization. Based on these research results, it was suggested that the infrastructure for ethical management of social welfare organizations should be built and that the organizational conditions should be created for intensive reflection.
