영문 초록

It s been a long time since Web 3.0 was mentioned, but nobody can guarantee that the era of Web 2.0 has actually entered or is evolving into the era of Web 3.0. From the time of Web 1.0, which showed a difference in the level of utilization, it is possible to identify the cases of Web sites by classifying the timing of Web 2.0 that can easily create media contents and provide them to other users. From the time of Web 3.0, which is selectively provided, the contents of information that users use contain accurate information. It is the user who creates the content that can produce the right result by utilizing the information. In the near future, the computer will produce the content, but the basic value is the spirit of the web that delivers the right information, excluding inappropriate information.
