영문 초록

Purpose : This study was performed to identify the meaning of communication experience following hospital physician and nurses. Methods : A qualitative research design was adopted using Colaizzi’s hermeneutic phenomenological approach. The participants were five physicians. Data were collected in July 2018 to August 2018 through in-depth interviews. Results : The four essential themes of the communication experience of physicians were ‘Responsibilities that follow beyond limits’, ‘A wish to take care of itself’, ‘Inconsiderate double-edged’ and ‘And we’ll be together’. Conclusion : Nursing interventions to resolve conflicts and problems with clinical nurses that physicians refer to from the physician’s point of view by understanding the meaning and essence of the communication experiences experienced by doctors in the clinical field we expect to establish a plan.
