보험설계사의 성격유형(Big5)과 조직유효성의 관계에서 경력역량의 조절효과 연구

국문 초록

최근 국내 사회 환경은 저 출산과 급속한 고령화, 내수부진 및 가계부채 부담증가까지 겹쳐 저성장 기조가 심화되고 있고, 대내외 여건에 따라 보험시장의 상품다양화와 보험가 입자의 선택도 다양해짐으로 보험조직 또한 변화도 필요한 시점이다. 이러한 보험시장의 환경에서 보험설계사의 역할이 더욱 중요성 하다고 본다. 본 연구의 목적은 보험설계사의 성격유형을 파악함으로써 그 특징들이 동료 및 보험가입자와 관계가 조직에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 또, 경력역량을 성격유형과 조직유효성의 관계에 조절변수로 투입하여 어떻게 조절되는지 실증연구로 분석하고자 하였다. 따라서 독립변수를 성격유형 (BIG5)으로 종속변수를 조직유효성으로 조절변수를 경력역량으로 하였다. 조사대상은 서울, 인천지역에 있는 법인보험대리점(GA)에서 현재 근무하는 보험설계사를 대상으로 설문지를 배부된 설문지는 총 216부였으며, 그 중 210부가 회수되어 98.6%의 회수율을 보였고, 회수된 설문지는 모두 자료 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 데이터 코딩과 데이터 크리닝과정을 거쳐, SPSS, v. 21.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 가설의 검증의 결과로서 보험설계사의 개방성, 성실성이 높아지고, 신경성이 낮아지면 조직몰입은 높아지는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 경력역량도 보험설계사의 성실성, 개방성이 높아지고 신경성이 낮아지면 경력역량은 높아지는 것으로 통계상으로 볼 수 있다. 직무만족과 조직몰입은 보험설계사의 역할에서 개인과 조직의 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 중요한 요인이다. 그러므로 자신의 성격유형을 파악하고 보험 상품을 중개하면 실무적으로는 보험 상품의 판매에만 그치는 것이 아니라 보험회사의 고객관리 역할에도 조직뿐만 아니라 보험가입자와의 관계에서 좋은 결과를 나타낼 것이다. 이러한 가운데 자신의 경력역량을 향상 시키고 조직의 목표와 가치를 수용하고자 하는 태도를 갖게 될 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 보험설계사의 직무만족과 조직몰입으로 개인의 목표와 조직의 목표향상과 경력역량 강화를 위한 비전을 제시하고 직업에 대한 전문성을 위한 교육의 방향성을 알아보는 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career capacity on the relationship between personality type (Big5) and organizational effectiveness of Life-planners who currently work in corporate insurance agencies(GA) in Seoul and Incheon areas. The data were analyzed except for the data that were judged to be insufficient or unreliable. As a result of verifying the relationship between personality type, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, it can be seen that as the affinity, openness, and integrity of Life-planners increase, job satisfaction also increase Neuroticism has a statistically significant negative effect on organizational commitment. A total of 216 questionnaires were distributed, of which 210 were collected and 98.6% were collected. All of the collected questionnaires were used for data analysis. As a result, the openness and integrity of the Life-planner increases, and the lower the nervousness, the higher the organizational commitment. It is statistically significant that the career capacity of the Life-planner increases as the sincerity and openness of the Life-planner increase, and as the nervousness decreases, the career capacity increases. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment play an important role in the insurance planner. In order to achieve the goals of individuals and organizations, identifying their personality types and brokering insurance products will not only stop the sales of insurance products in practice, It will show good results not only in the organization but also in the relationship with the insured. In this way, they will have an attitude to improve their career capacity and to accept organizational goals and values. The purpose of this study is to present the basic data to suggest the vision for enhancing individual goals and organizational goals and strengthening career capacities through job satisfaction and organizational commitment of Life- planners and to identify the direction of education for professionalism.
